This Microsoft Access© application is designed to provide an easy to use, affordable solution for the management of your Veterinary clinic and it's day to day operations. The system is database driven, allowing fast and easy information entry and retrieval. This system can be accessed simultaneously by multiple users, which will allow you to maximize the efficiency of your clinics' operations. Your receptionist can have the database open, and enter new patient information, for example, at the same time that you might be preparing a rabies certificate in the examination room.

VetSysDB provides automation for many of the more tedious tasks required for efficiently running your practice. Where possible, the system calculates and fills in information for you, based on your input or selection. Many fields are presented as drop-down lists, where you can scroll to the item of interest, or you can simply start typing until the item of interest is displayed. The system has been designed to eliminate as much as possible any duplication of effort. For instance, you only input a new patients information once. From then on, when patient information is needed for a report, rabies certificate, invoice, etc., the required information will be automatically retrieved from the patient record.

You can easily display your daily activity, your monthly sales, accounts receivable, or drug and sales items inventory reports. You can view or print patient history, or get a list of occurences of a specific disease by species.
